Theater Policies & Information:
The Vilar Performing Arts Center is managed by the Vail Valley Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law. Please click here for membership opportunities and donation information.
Box Office Information & Ticket Sales:
Call our Box Office at 888.920.ARTS (2787) or 970.845.TIXS (8497) during the hours of 11am-5pm (MST) Monday - Saturday or fax a ticket request anytime to 970.748.1396 . Please include your name, address, phone, event title, date and showtime information. A ticketing agent will call you back to complete the sale.
Walk In Service:
Visit our Box Office located below Market Square, 68 Avondale Lane, in Beaver Creek Resort. In-season hours are 11am-5pm (MST) Monday through Saturday, through intermission on performance evenings and two hours before showtime on Sunday.
Ticket Sales:
* All ticket sales are FINAL.
Please choose carefully when making your show selections as there are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets that have not been used may be redeemed at the Box Office for a tax deduction receipt equal to the value of the tickets.

Performance Cancellation:
* All programs and artists are subject to change.
In the event of a show cancellation or date change, tickets are exchangeable or refundable. Please call or visit the Box Office if you are a ticket holder of a cancelled or changed performance.
Special Needs Services:
* The Vilar Center is fully ADA compliant and provides assisted-listening devices.
Please inform the Box Office of you needs when ordering tickets.
Theatre Seating Policy:
* Please arrive early for performances.
Doors to the lobby areas open at least one hour before showtime. Late arrivals will be seated at the back of the house or in the balcony at the discretion of the house manager.
Children:
* As a courtesy to other audience members, pleases exercise discretion in bringing children to an evening performance.
Regardless of age, any child attending should be able to sit quietly through a performance.
Prohibited Devices:
* Cameras, cellular phones, backpacks and recording devices are not permitted in the theatre during performances. Pagers must be switched to silent mode.

Parking:
Parking is available at the Vilar/Villa Montane and Village Hall in Beaver Creek Resort. Free parking is available in the East and West entrances to Beaver Creek with free shuttle service to the Covered Bridge.
